case of the mondays? hope these shoes brighten your day!
i'll be honest - i have a TON of shoes. especially shoes that are best suited for the spring/summer weather. even though i have gorgeous wedges, sandals and flats, i find myself always reaching for my beloved havaianas. i bought my first two pairs at a sample sale over six or seven years ago..and i still have them. havaianas are NOT cheap for flip flops..and most people would think over $20 for a pair is absurd but mine have lasted years. i had a pair of black ones that lasted me FIVE YEARS before they fell apart. can anyone say that about a pair from old navy? plus, i can pretty much guarantee that they are the most comfortable flip flops you will ever wear. i bought this style in maaany colors last season and i plan to wear them again this summer. with a bit of a different design, you may even be able to get away with wearing them to work!

oh i love a good pair of flip flops. when i lived in So Cal i wore flip flops daily. i never took them off. oh the good ole days.

These are darling -- any flat metallic sandal not only automatically catches my attention but I inevitably decide that it absolutely MUST be part of my wardrobe.

I'm not a flip flop person, but I do like the design of those!
I do love a good pair of flip flops! HAHA. I'm a shoe freak too, and I have a shit load of shoes, but when I'm running around I reach for my rip curl flip flops they are perfect for summer and they have a bottle opener on the bottom too :) Hot day, flip flops and a beer :)

I LOVE the gold color; however, for some reason the little thing that goes between your toes on flip flops completely hurt my feet. I can't even wear them!! :/

These are cute.. I would rock them with cute ripped shorts and a straw hat all the way =)
Ah with as much as I wear flip flops and drag them through chlorine and water and who knows what, I'll stick to Old Navy and good old barefoot! Though these are lovely, and if I wasn't so careless with my footwear in the summer, I would wear these!

I think I must be one of the only females around here to not own a giant shoe collection haha. It's just too difficult to find pairs that fit (but then all the more special when I find pairs that do) - I have been looking for a pair similar to this, they would look much classier with summer clothes than the hot pink and zebra stripe havaianas that I currently own. Haha.

I have heard that Havianas are very durable, so obviously there must be a reason why they are slightly more expensive! 5 years is pretty damn good though.
Sadly I'm not a fan of flip flops (I damaged a tendon from wearing them several years ago) but I do still admire them for their cuteness :)

those are nice! I'd totally rock those and hey you pay for quality right?! I got my pair of rainbow sandals for like $70 but they are the most comfotable sandals I own and they've lasted me 3 years so far!

These are very classy and simple. I like that, especially for summer. I love a good pair of flip flops that can go with any outfit. If they're as comfy as you say, I just might need to get a pair!
